Effeta uses a holistic approach. This means that we approach a human at
differant levels, the fysical, emotional, the mental and the spiritual
level. In this approach we also know that in fact each human is whole. So
our approach is merely used for determining what healing techniques should
be used.
Effeta comes from the Aramese language and means: Open up!
It is the opening of the senses, pealing the layers to the inner Self,
so that the soul inspired personality can come forward. That is for us the
meaning of our work.

Effeta offers training, coaching and therapy. Within each training people are taught skills that they can use in there personal and working life. Within coaching, clients will be guided in real life by us from the sideline. Clients can extend
there skills with personal support. In a therapeutical setting we work with clients on the obstacles they meet in
there lifes. In Effeta we use haptonomie/haptotherapy and hypnotherapy/regression- en reďncarnationtherapy and Thought Field Therapy also called
TFT.
Effeta™ is a registered trademark at the Benelux Merkenbureau
(Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg).
At a regular basis we treat people that cannot speak Dutch. Your native tongue does not need to be Dutch, English or
German. If you do not speak these languages fluently, some speaking knowledge of English should most of the times be good enough for requesting a consult.
In short we offer the following therapies:
-
Haptonomie: the teaching on how to become aware (again) of feelings and emotions. Developed by Frans Veldman it guides people on how to know of and how to handle there emotions and feelings. This is especially fruitful in a society where the emphasis is mainly on cognitive capabilities and thereby reducing or even rejecting the values of emotional capabilities of
people.
-
Haptotherapy: A human being is a thinking, feeling and acting being. Haptotherapy puts the principles of haptonomie into a therapeutical approach so that one can get into contact with feelings, and can become (more) conscious of the deeper stored feelings and emotions in the body. Once the contact with the feelings is restored one can achieve a deeper contact with the inner self.
-
Hypnotherapy: Is a transpersonal therapy where the forces of the subconscious and the inner self are being put into use for the client in order to achieve a therapeutic goal. Working with trance is an important part of
hypnotherapy.
-
Regression therapy and
reincarnation therapy
(which is an extension of regression therapy) is used for getting insight into ones personal problem(s). Within regression therapy the client goes into trance and looks back at or relives episodes of their
life. By reliving some of the (unconscious) obstacles the therapist and client
strive for catharsis of the problem.
-
Thought Field Therapy (TFT): is one of the power therapies of this century. TFT can quickly help people to get over there emotional and mental disquietude or distress.
-
Other techniques that we do not mention here. In fact
we often mix therapies for the best possible result for the client.
